Deliverance From Grief and Bitterness
“Deliverance From Grief and Bitterness”
Many of us have been through many trials and disappointments in our lives, and we all know just what shape our mind and heart can get into.
Myself, have been through so many hurtful experiences in my lifetime and I tell you what I sure had some bitterness hiding within my heart. People lying to me, lying on me, cheating on me, stealing from me, using me like I am a Kleenex, just waddling me up until I am all used up, I have been in circumstances where I was having to starve and freeze to death, I mean my lips were purple, and I could barely move.
Husband’s, which had nothing better else to do, but beat woman up because back then I drank beer, and he got mad because I took the last Budweiser. Husband which beat me up to a pulp, beat my head against a concrete wall, planned to have me raped while I was in the hospital having his baby prematurely, loosing my baby at 1 1/2 months old, because he made me drink castor oil, I mean I have been through some stuff.
I had every right to be bitter and angry, but GOD never gave up on me, I was always the kind of person, no matter what someone does to me, I always forgave them, no matter what they said to me, whether they lied on me cursed me etc. I was always there with a forgiving heart, but there still was some bitterness inside me, that I wanted out.
God was always there He never left me, but there was a lesson (s) to be learnt and I learnt them the hard way, but my point here is, no matter what you have been through , no matter what got you where you are now in your life, you can with Jesus get rid of the bitterness inside your heart.
Also, I feel the need to say this; no matter who has wronged you, or you feel you was wronged, it’s YOUR JOB to tell that person, not someone else’s job, but YOUR JOB, and if someone you think has wronged you, and they are not aware of what they could’ve done to have wronged you in anyway, it is still then YOUR JOB to let them in on why you are so angry and upset with that person.
Because, whether you think so or not, by you not forgiving someone and holding whatever it is against them, it will NOT be them that will get Judged it will be you, because you are harboring hate, and bitterness inside your heart, and we are to release the bad emotions which we feel.
And to get to Heaven you have to rid your heart of it, so I have gave you some verses to help you along your way!
