“It’s An Important Call Answer”
In Matthew 20:16

Have you answered God’s call in your life yet? Have you heard Him talk to you? Have you been going by what your heart and inner man tells you?

God wants everyone to do things for Him, there is always something to do for the Lord. But, did you realize, that there are always many that He has chosen , but few will answer the call from Him?

The opportunity God has given, but have you grabbed it yet? Did, you miss it? Are you afraid to step out and grab what God wants you to do?

Some are scared to step out of their comfort zones, to try something new, and they miss that opportunity because they didn’t grab it, they become scare that they are not good enough or that they can’t do what God wishes for them to do.

Don’t be as I used to be, when about 15 yrs ago we was living in Mendenhall, Ms and I say this is where I really found the mercy and grace of Jesus. We had a entertainment center which we had for I guess about 7 or 8 years, and I was listening to my gospel CD’s and all the sudden it went out, I was so upset and I was pleading for God to make it work again. I was bawling and begging for it to work and start playing again, but no matter how hard I pleaded or begged the thing wouldn’t work and the more upset and crying I went.

Where we lived at we couldn’t get cable or anything so that was my only way to sing and praise God with my gospel music. I was so upset, because my stereo just refused to play. I just fell to my knees and ended up on my back just so upset and crying so hard, because the stereo just wouldn’t play. All that kept going through my mind was, “God can do anything, He can make it work” I just knew in my heart He could, but it didn’t.

So, that next day or so I was watching Rob Parsley on TV, regular TV, and I had this vision of me in the church here in Montgomery— teaching Sunday School/ Singing in the choir and in front of the church, but I was in Mississippi, so how could that be?

So, that caused me not to act upon what I had a vision of, to be honest I wasn’t sure what I was seeing. I do know and have found out, that if we do not act upon what God wants us to do, and I learnt this, it will go to someone else, then you have to wait and wait until, God feels that you are ready to listen to what He wants you to do, I was told this or heard that one Christian TV.

We have to prove to God we want to do His will for us, and we have to make sure we are listening. I have also been told, that if it’s good then God is showing us something, but if it’s something out of God’s word don’t do it or try it.

I do Believe this: “What God Brings to Us, He Will Bring Us Through It.”

When we do things for God, and we do them with a good intent heart, we are rewarded for our listening and doing of His will. So, Answer Your Call when He calls You, don’t let God get a “Disconnect Notice or a Busy Signal.”
