When Jehoshaphat was told the , “ites” were coming after him, the “Moabites, Ammonites,Meunites” were after him and the people of Judah. The troublemakers of the Old Testament, “Jebusites, Hitteites, “ of God’s people.

First thing, he did was fear, but he then did something He set himself to seek the Lord instead. He was determined to hear from the Lord, he knew he needed to hear from the Lord, a battle plan and he knew he would succeed. He focused on God instead of the “Ites”.

How many “ites” are you facing – “fear-ites” “bad marriage-Ites”, “diseased – Ites”, “rejection– Ites”, “poverty– Ites”, “stress-Ites”, “worry – Ites”, “health – Ites” , “money – ites”

We are supposed to run to God with all our troubles, that is to be our habits, instead of running to the people. We are to seek God, instead of our own minds.
