Courage Means Good Attitude
When we read Joshua 10, we see Joshua fought many battles, before they could go to the Promised land.
The Lord gave him, instructions and the directions all along the way. The Lord, told him over and over again to be of good courage.
Courage means: having a good attitude in the face of dangerous and frightening circumstances. Wonder what would have happened if Joshua wouldn’t have listened to the Lord, and his encouragements to take that courage.
The enemy came against him many times, Joshua could’ve been weak and gave up, but he didn’t he kept on.
This is so true here today in our lives, while we do our best to walk the walk with Jesus. Joy and cheer in the Lord gives us the strength to pursue the goal that He has given us and for us to fight the battle we face along our way.
When we are tempted to give up courage, we need to remember that the Joy of the Lord is our STRENGTH our COURAGE!
