There are many non-believers in this world, that do not believe there is a “GOD/JESUS” and they say there is no Devil. How wrong can they ever be. They, are in the devils grips.
There is a GOD & JESUS & A DEVIL…..
I Promise you. There are so many which take the Bible and place it out of context, and misconstrue the whole true of what the Bible says, and what it means and what it is for. These people, who are misdirecting others and leading them astray will be punished and put into the everlasting fire and & brimstone.
JESUS
1. Name meaning “savior” or “Jehovah [Yahweh] is salvation” given to the Messiah.
2. KJV translation of Joshua, son of Nun, in Acts 7:45 and Hebrews 4:8.
3. Jewish Christian, surnamed Justus, who sent his greetings to the believers at Colosse in the salutation of Paul’s Letter to the Colossians (Colossians 4:11).
The Hebrew term, from which the Latin Lucifer is derived, is found in Isaiah 14:12: “How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!” (NIV).
The Hebrew word means the “shining one.” The Hebrew expression was probably never meant to be a name, but it has come to be used thus because the verse in which it occurs is applied to Satan. This apparently was done first by two of the church fathers, Tertullian and Origen. However, the popularity of Lucifer as a name for Satan may be attributed to its use in John Milton’s Paradise Lost.
The event recorded in Isaiah 14:12 may be an example of a story quite commonly known in the time of Isaiah. This old Canaanite story concerned the morning star, who had attempted to rise high above the clouds and establish himself on the mountain where the gods assembled, in the uttermost part of the north. He had desired to take the place of the highest god, becoming ruler of the world. His attempts were thwarted, and he was cast into the underworld.
This story of the minor star deity aspiring to ascend above the throne of the most high god served, in the purposes of Isaiah, as an excellent analogy to the pride and aspirations of the king of Babylon, the person with whom chapters 13 and 14 are concerned. Isaiah states (14:3-4) that Yahweh, the God of Israel, would give the people relief from the tyranny of their oppressors, and they would take up a taunt song against the king. Although he had sought to be great, he would be brought low; he who sought to be a god would, with his descendants, cease to exist on the earth.
Though the Hebrews had no myths, illustrations from familiar gentile mythology often were used to express spiritual truth. There are many that believe the expression (and surrounding context) refers to Satan. They believe the similarities among Isaiah 14:12, Luke 10:18, and Revelation 12:7-10 warrant this conclusion.
However, although the New Testament passages do speak of Satan’s fall, the context of the Isaiah passage describes the defeated king of Babylon. The Babylonian king had desired to be above God and so fell from heaven. His doom is pictured as already accomplished.
Though defeat is certain for Satan, he yet continues his evil acts against God’s people. Not until the final judgment (12:1-20) will his fate be sealed and his activity stopped. Isaiah, then, is not speaking of Satan in 14:12 but of the proud, and soon to be humiliated, king of Babylon.
THE DEVIL
The devil is a spirit being who seeks to frustrate God’s plans and lead his people into rebellion.
The name “devil” is a Greek translation of the name Satan. Satan is Hebrew for “the accuser.” The Bible also refers to the devil as the adversary, the dragon, the enemy, and the wicked one. According to 1 John 3:8 the devil was evil from the beginning, but he has always been under God’s control and will eventually be destroyed (Revelation 20:10).
The Devil, Satan, causes allot of strife, getting people to believe his evil ways, conniving thoughts to trick people to follow him. And, some people do not know how to make him leave them alone.
Satan does these type of things to keep your eyes of The Lord Jesus Christ, if you know about Him. He puts evil thought into your mind and to make you think what you are doing is right and that there is nothing wrong with it. If, you think doing drugs, raping someone, or causes fights, lying, stealing, and many other things, is the way to go to get close to God or Jesus, then you are so wrong.
The Devil, wants you to think that you won’t be forgiven and that you are hopeless, and that you won’t get to heaven, and that you can do it his way and lie to you saying you will, that is a Lie.
The devil knows our weak spots, and if we know the word of God and know what God wants in Our lives, then we must “COMMAND SATAN” to leave us alone in Jesus Name.
Satan loves to destroy families, children, marriages, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, the works. He knows his time is so short, he is going to try to get all the people he can get to follow him to hell, everlasting fire and brimstone, sulfur, and burn forever for eternity. He wants you to scream, in horror, and nothing to drink, to quench your thirst.
