Woe To Those Not Ready for Jesus
“Ready for Jesus To Return”
There are so many people who think just because I do this or I do that I’m going to heaven — NOT how wrong can a person be!
So many people are deceived into thinking they can act any ole way they wish, talk any ole way they want to and still get to heaven when Jesus comes back!
There are millions of people who do what they want when they want and treat other’s the way they want to, and seriously expect to go to heaven anyway. They think and do things selfishly, and they have been lied to, if someone has told them that they will still get to heaven anyway.
Some people think just because they believe in God, they are going to heaven — Really?
Which God knows we cannot be perfect, but we are to strive to be as perfect as we can get. We ALL have to give an account for all we do and don’t do in our lives. Romans 14:12
So many just keep going about their daily lives and they act like there is no tomorrow, they don’t stop and think, “Oh, I need to do something, I need to spend time with the Lord that I am to be believing in.”
Tomorrow, always comes, Jesus can come at any minute and if you think because you believe in Him, means you are going to to heaven when He returns, think again!
The Bible says, we reap what we sow, Galatians says, that we are not to be deceived and misled, for what ever a man sows that and that only is what he will reap.
Salvation is a gift from God, He is the one who gave His son for that purpose, it is given to us by His GRACE, and is to be received by Faith! We do not get to heaven because of our good works, Revelation 22:12, teaches us that our works will be judged and rewarded according to what we have merited (what we have done in our lives.)
Our works are not even judged only by what we have done, but by our motives for doing them. Works done for impure motives will be burned up.
If, we give money or things, but do so to be seen of men or be admired and well thought of, we can be sure that it satisfies us because that’s all we will get.
God see what we do in secret, and He will reward us openly. Everything done behind close doors will one day be brought out in the open, so we should be sure we realize nothing is really eternally hidden.
Some people think, “well as long as I am going to heaven, that is enough for me.”
That is living so selfishly, we should be living for God, and His Glory, we should realize that we are alive for a purpose and part f that purpose is to be used by God to reconcile other’s to Him.
We was created for Good Works, that God prepared for us ahead of time. Ephesians 2:10.
It’s God’s desire and will that we do good works, but we are to do them because He Loves us and we Love Him, not Him to love us or to impress other’s!
