What Goes Up –– Does Come Down!

When we read 1 Samuel 2:7, it says we must stay focused and we must develop and maintain strong and have a godly character, we must have intimate communication with God that we possibly can have so we will be able to stay in the position to which God elevates us.

We cannot act like we are Godly, if we are cursing, drinking, lying, screaming, hollering, starting trouble and accusing people of things, and not reading His word. By not reading and practicing His word and not praying and seeking His face, we cannot act like we are holier than thou and holier than He is, or we cannot know what He is thinking because we do NOT.

We have to put on the Character of Christ, not an in between. We have to live it, walk it, talk it, show it, sit on it, believe it, trust it, love it, hold it, sing it, like it, act it, seeing it, we have to become to know in our hearts just Who and How Christ is and how He acts.

We have to stay focused and communicate with the Lord and we have to realize that what always goes up must come down in us.

God lifts us up, and He also brings us down.

So, allow God to work in your life and stop thinking you are living a Christ-like life when you are doing other things which are not at all Godly, and to the contrary!

God sees and watches everything and everybody and He sees inside your heart whether you act Christ-like in front of people and something totally different behind closed doors!
