GOD\u2019S WORD ON WHAT ARE MIRACLES<\/span><\/p>\n

Isaiah 41:19-20<\/b> . . . I will plant trees-cedar, acacia, myrtle, olive, cypress, fir, and pine-on barren land.<\/span>
\nEveryone will see this miracle and understand that it is the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, who did it. Miracles are visible signs only God can perform that help us know him and see his hand in our lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

HOW DOES GOD USE MIRACLES?<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

2 Kings 17:36<\/b> . . . Worship only the Lord, who brought you out of Egypt with such mighty miracles and power. You must worship him and bow before him; offer sacrifices to him alone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Daniel 6:27<\/b> . . . He rescues and saves his people; he performs miraculous signs and wonders in the heavens and on earth. He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Micah 7:15<\/b> . . . \u201cYes,\u201d<\/span> says the Lord, \u201cI will do mighty miracles for you, like those I did when I rescued you from slavery in Egypt.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

God uses miracles to rescue us.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Exodus 10:1<\/b> . . . Then the Lord said to Moses, \u201cReturn to Pharaoh and again make your demands. I have made him and his officials stubborn so I can continue to display my power by performing miraculous signs among them.\u201d<\/span><\/span> God uses miracles to show his power.<\/span><\/p>\n

Matthew 8:3<\/b> . . . Jesus touched him. \u201cI want to,\u201d<\/span> he said. \u201cBe healed!\u201d<\/span> And instantly the leprosy disappeared. God uses miracles to show his love for us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Matthew 14:14<\/b> . . . A vast crowd was there as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick. God uses miracles to show his compassion for us.<\/span><\/p>\n

WHAT SHOULD OUR RESPONSE BE WHEN GOD PERFORMS MIRACLES IN OUR LIVES?<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Luke 19:37<\/b> . . . As they reached the place where the road started down from the Mount of Olives, all of his followers began to shout and sing as they walked along, praising God for all the wonderful miracles they had seen. We should offer praise and thanksgiving to Him.<\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 9:1<\/b> . . . I will thank you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. We can best show our thanks by becoming a testimony to what God has done for us.<\/span><\/p>\n
