1 \u00a0It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to the Most High.<\/span>
\n2 \u00a0It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning, your faithfulness in the evening,<\/span>
\n3 \u00a0accompanied by the harp and lute and the harmony of the lyre.<\/span>
\n4 \u00a0You thrill me, Lord, with all you have done for me! I sing for joy because of what you have done.<\/span>
\n5 \u00a0O Lord, what great miracles you do! And how deep are your thoughts.<\/span>
\n6 \u00a0Only an ignorant person would not know this! Only a fool would not understand it.<\/span>
\n7 \u00a0Although the wicked flourish like weeds, and evildoers blossom with success, there is only eternal destruction ahead of them.<\/span>
\n8 \u00a0But you are exalted in the heavens. You, O Lord, continue forever.<\/span>
\n9 \u00a0Your enemies, Lord, will surely perish; all evildoers will be scattered.<\/span>
\n10 \u00a0But you have made me as strong as a wild bull. How refreshed I am by your power!<\/span>
\n11 \u00a0With my own eyes I have seen the downfall of my enemies; with my own ears I have heard the defeat of my wicked opponents.<\/span>
\n12 \u00a0But the godly will flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon.<\/span>
\n13 \u00a0For they are transplanted into the Lord’s own house. They flourish in the courts of our God.<\/span>
\n14 \u00a0Even in old age they will still produce fruit; they will remain vital and green.<\/span>
\n15 \u00a0They will declare, “The Lord is just! He is my rock! There is nothing but goodness in him!<\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 119<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1 \u00a0Happy are people of integrity, who follow the law of the Lord.<\/span>
\n2 \u00a0Happy are those who obey his decrees and search for him with all their hearts.<\/span>
\n3 \u00a0They do not compromise with evil, and they walk only in his paths.<\/span>
\n4 \u00a0You have charged us to keep your commandments carefully.<\/span>
\n\u00a05 \u00a0Oh, that my actions would consistently reflect your principles!<\/span>
\n6 \u00a0Then I will not be disgraced when I compare my life with your commands.<\/span>
\n7 \u00a0When I learn your righteous laws, I will thank you by living as I should!<\/span>
\n8 \u00a0I will obey your principles. Please don’t give up on me!<\/span>
\n9 \u00a0How can a young person stay pure? By obeying your word and following its rules.<\/span>

\n16 \u00a0I will delight in your principles and not forget your word.<\/span>
\n17 \u00a0Be good to your servant, that I may live and obey your word.<\/span>

\n19 \u00a0I am but a foreigner here on earth; I need the guidance of your commands. Don’t hide them from me!<\/span>
