\n1 Kings 19:5,6<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Elijah, was so worn out, but why was he worn out? If, you read the Previous Page on Balance, you would know that he was really worn out. And, it took a lot to do his ministry. How did he do it all, to do his ministry and go through the journey he did?<\/p>\n

He was so tired and worn out he wasn\u2019t handling himself like he should\u2019ve been. He was emotionally, physically worn out. His body was broken down, his emotions was all falling apart and going hay wire. He was afraid, depressed and discouraged and he was suicidal.<\/p>\n

He was really a miss. But God sent His Angel to make him strong enough to go to the next phase of his ministry by giving him two good meals and a much needed nap. This was all he was given with the strength from the nap and the food which he was given, Elijah went forty days and nights on his journey to the Horeb.<\/p>\n

After he was refreshed and got to Horeb, the word of the lord came upon him, he was sent off again to do the other part of his ministry.<\/p>\n

There were many times we just get so worn out and so down and out we end up depressed , angry, physically, and emotionally unstable and we just want to give up.<\/p>\n

But, we all need God\u2019s strength and His power to keep us going.<\/p>\n

These past few years I\u2019ve been emotionally worn out and actually physically also, where it\u2019s hard to keep going, all my body wants to do is sleep. But, I need God\u2019s help to keep me going \u2013\u2013 we have to stay in our balance and be emotionally stable and physically fit and this does mean with the natural wisdom.<\/p>\n

We have to take care of ourselves, our bodies and exercise and eat right. We need God\u2019s Stamina and to be alert. Only way to complete what God has for us to do!<\/p>\n

So keep your chin up and get into Balance!!!<\/span><\/p>\n
