\u00a0<\/p>\n

There are many sins in the Bible, actually there is about 370 sins<\/b> which was committed in the bible days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Did, you know that when even children disrespect their parents or any adult that is sins also? When someone talks behind your back, that is a sin, when someone slanders your name that is a sin.<\/span><\/p>\n

You wouldn’t believe the sins there are and we do not even know them. I have created several pages on “Sin & Evil”<\/b> and if you would just sit back and think about all the times someone has hurt you or cursed you, slandered you etc. All of those are sins, and if by chance you have committed those sins, ask Jesus to forgive you today for them.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the director of music. Of David the servant of the Lord.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 36 Sin and Evil<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

1 I have a message from God in my heart<\/span> concerning the sinfulness of the wicked:\u00a0<\/span>There is no fear of God<\/span>\u00a0before their eyes.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 In their own eyes they flatter themselves <\/span>too much to detect or hate their sin.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 The words of their mouths are wicked and deceitful;<\/span>\u00a0they fail to act wisely or do good.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 Even on their beds they plot evil;<\/span> they commit themselves to a sinful course<\/span>\u00a0and do not reject what is wrong.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens,<\/span>\u00a0your faithfulness to the skies.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 Your righteousness is like the highest mountains,<\/span> your justice like the great deep.<\/span>\u00a0You, Lord, preserve both people and animals.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 How priceless is your unfailing love, O God!<\/span>\u00a0People take refuge in the shadow of your wings.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 They feast on the abundance of your house;<\/span>\u00a0you give them drink from your river of delights.<\/span><\/p>\n

9 For with you is the fountain of life;<\/span>\u00a0in your light we see light.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 Continue your love to those who know you,<\/span>\u00a0your righteousness to the upright in heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 May the foot of the proud not come against me,<\/span>\u00a0nor the hand of the wicked drive me away.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 See how the evildoers lie fallen\u2014<\/span>\u00a0 thrown down, not able to rise!<\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 37 <\/span><\/b>Of David.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1 Do not fret because of those who are evil<\/span>\u00a0or be envious of those who do wrong;<\/span><\/p>\n

2 for like the grass they will soon wither,<\/span>\u00a0like green plants they will soon die away.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Trust in the Lord and do good;<\/span>\u00a0dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 Take delight in the Lord,<\/span>\u00a0and he will give you the desires of your heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 Commit your way to the Lord;<\/span>\u00a0trust in him and he will do this:<\/span><\/p>\n

6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,<\/span>\u00a0your vindication like the noonday sun.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 Be still before the Lord<\/span>\u00a0and wait patiently for him;<\/span><\/p>\n

do not fret when people succeed in their ways,<\/span>\u00a0when they carry out their wicked schemes.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;<\/span>\u00a0 do not fret\u2014it leads only to evil.<\/span><\/p>\n

9 For those who are evil will be destroyed,<\/span>\u00a0but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more;<\/span>\u00a0though you look for them, they will not be found.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 But the meek will inherit the land<\/span>\u00a0and enjoy peace and prosperity.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 The wicked plot against the righteous<\/span>\u00a0and gnash their teeth at them;<\/span><\/p>\n

13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,<\/span>\u00a0for he knows their day is coming.<\/span><\/p>\n

14 The wicked draw the sword<\/span> and bend the bow\u00a0<\/span>to bring down the poor and needy,<\/span>\u00a0to slay those whose ways are upright.<\/span><\/p>\n

15 But their swords will pierce their own hearts,<\/span>\u00a0and their bows will be broken.<\/span><\/p>\n

16 Better the little that the righteous have<\/span>\u00a0than the wealth of many wicked;<\/span><\/p>\n

17 for the power of the wicked will be broken,<\/span>\u00a0but the Lord upholds the righteous.<\/span><\/p>\n

18 The blameless spend their days under the Lord\u2019s care,<\/span>\u00a0and their inheritance will endure forever.<\/span><\/p>\n

19 In times of disaster they will not wither;<\/span>\u00a0in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.<\/span><\/p>\n

20 But the wicked will perish:<\/span> Though the Lord\u2019s enemies are like the flowers of the field,<\/span>\u00a0they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke.<\/span><\/p>\n

21 The wicked borrow and do not repay,<\/span>\u00a0but the righteous give generously;<\/span><\/p>\n

22 those the Lord blesses will inherit the land,<\/span>\u00a0but those he curses will be destroyed.<\/span><\/p>\n

23 The Lord makes firm the steps<\/span>\u00a0of the one who delights in him;<\/span><\/p>\n

24 though he may stumble, he will not fall,<\/span>\u00a0for the Lord upholds him with his hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

25 I was young and now I am old,<\/span> yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken<\/span>\u00a0or their children begging bread.<\/span><\/p>\n

26 They are always generous and lend freely;<\/span>\u00a0their children will be a blessing.<\/span><\/p>\n

27 Turn from evil and do good;<\/span>\u00a0then you will dwell in the land forever.<\/span><\/p>\n

28 For the Lord loves the just<\/span> and will not forsake his faithful ones.\u00a0<\/span>Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed;<\/span>\u00a0the offspring of the wicked will perish.<\/span><\/p>\n

29 The righteous will inherit the land<\/span>\u00a0and dwell in it forever.<\/span><\/p>\n

30 The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom,<\/span>\u00a0and their tongues speak what is just.<\/span><\/p>\n

31 The law of their God is in their hearts;<\/span>\u00a0their feet do not slip.<\/span><\/p>\n

32 The wicked lie in wait for the righteous,<\/span>\u00a0intent on putting them to death;<\/span><\/p>\n

33 but the Lord will not leave them in the power of the wicked<\/span>\u00a0or let them be condemned when brought to trial.<\/span><\/p>\n

34 Hope in the Lord<\/span> and keep his way.\u00a0<\/span>He will exalt you to inherit the land;<\/span>\u00a0when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it.<\/span><\/p>\n

35 I have seen a wicked and ruthless man<\/span>\u00a0flourishing like a luxuriant native tree,<\/span><\/p>\n

36 but he soon passed away and was no more;<\/span>\u00a0though I looked for him, he could not be found.<\/span><\/p>\n

37 Consider the blameless, observe the upright;<\/span>\u00a0a future awaits those who seek peace.<\/span><\/p>\n

38 But all sinners will be destroyed;<\/span>\u00a0there will be no future for the wicked.<\/span><\/p>\n

39 The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;<\/span>\u00a0he is their stronghold in time of trouble.<\/span><\/p>\n

40 The Lord helps them and delivers them;<\/span> he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,<\/span>\u00a0because they take refuge in him.<\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 38\u00a0<\/span><\/b>A psalm of David. A petition.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1 Lord, do not rebuke me in your anger<\/span>\u00a0or discipline me in your wrath.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 Your arrows have pierced me,<\/span>\u00a0and your hand has come down on me.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Because of your wrath there is no health in my body;<\/span>\u00a0there is no soundness in my bones because of my sin.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 My guilt has overwhelmed me<\/span>\u00a0like a burden too heavy to bear.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 My wounds fester and are loathsome<\/span>\u00a0because of my sinful folly.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 I am bowed down and brought very low;<\/span>\u00a0all day long I go about mourning.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 My back is filled with searing pain;<\/span>\u00a0there is no health in my body.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 I am feeble and utterly crushed;<\/span>\u00a0I groan in anguish of heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

9 All my longings lie open before you, Lord;<\/span>\u00a0my sighing is not hidden from you.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 My heart pounds, my strength fails me;<\/span>\u00a0even the light has gone from my eyes.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 My friends and companions avoid me because of my wounds;<\/span>\u00a0my neighbors stay far away.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 Those who want to kill me set their traps,<\/span> those who would harm me talk of my ruin;<\/span>\u00a0all day long they scheme and lie.<\/span><\/p>\n

13 I am like the deaf, who cannot hear,<\/span>\u00a0like the mute, who cannot speak;<\/span><\/p>\n

14 I have become like one who does not hear,<\/span>\u00a0whose mouth can offer no reply.<\/span><\/p>\n

15 Lord, I wait for you;<\/span>\u00a0you will answer, Lord my God.<\/span><\/p>\n

16 For I said, \u201cDo not let them gloat<\/span>\u00a0or exalt themselves over me when my feet slip.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

17 For I am about to fall,<\/span>\u00a0and my pain is ever with me.<\/span><\/p>\n

18 I confess my iniquity;<\/span>\u00a0I am troubled by my sin.<\/span><\/p>\n

19 Many have become my enemies without cause;<\/span>\u00a0those who hate me without reason are numerous.<\/span><\/p>\n

20 Those who repay my good with evil<\/span> lodge accusations against me,<\/span>\u00a0though I seek only to do what is good.<\/span><\/p>\n

21 Lord, do not forsake me;<\/span>\u00a0do not be far from me, my God.<\/span><\/p>\n

22 Come quickly to help me,<\/span>\u00a0 my Lord and my Savior.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Psalm 39\u00a0<\/span><\/b>For the director of music. For Jeduthun. A psalm of David.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1 I said, \u201cI will watch my ways<\/span> and keep my tongue from sin;\u00a0<\/span>I will put a muzzle on my mouth<\/span>\u00a0while in the presence of the wicked.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

2 So I remained utterly silent,<\/span>\u00a0 not even saying anything good. <\/span>But my anguish increased;<\/span><\/p>\n

3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 my heart grew hot within me. <\/span>While I meditated, the fire burned;<\/span>\u00a0then I spoke with my tongue:<\/span><\/p>\n

4 \u201cShow me, Lord, my life\u2019s end<\/span> and the number of my days;<\/span>\u00a0let me know how fleeting my life is.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 You have made my days a mere handbreadth;<\/span> the span of my years is as nothing before you.\u00a0<\/span>Everyone is but a breath,<\/span>\u00a0even those who seem secure.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 \u201cSurely everyone goes around like a mere phantom;<\/span> in vain they rush about, heaping up wealth<\/span>\u00a0without knowing whose it will finally be.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 \u201cBut now, Lord, what do I look for?<\/span>\u00a0My hope is in you.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 Save me from all my transgressions;<\/span>\u00a0do not make me the scorn of fools.<\/span><\/p>\n

9 I was silent; I would not open my mouth,<\/span>\u00a0for you are the one who has done this.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 Remove your scourge from me;<\/span>\u00a0I am overcome by the blow of your hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 When you rebuke and discipline anyone for their sin,<\/span> you consume their wealth like a moth\u2014<\/span>\u00a0surely everyone is but a breath.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 \u201cHear my prayer, Lord,<\/span> listen to my cry for help;<\/span> do not be deaf to my weeping.\u00a0<\/span>I dwell with you as a foreigner,<\/span>\u00a0a stranger, as all my ancestors were.<\/span><\/p>\n

13 Look away from me, that I may enjoy life again<\/span>\u00a0before I depart and am no more.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 40\u00a0<\/span><\/b>For the director of music. Of David. A psalm.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1 I waited patiently for the Lord;<\/span>\u00a0he turned to me and heard my cry.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit,<\/span> out of the mud and mire;\u00a0<\/span>he set my feet on a rock<\/span>\u00a0and gave me a firm place to stand.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 He put a new song in my mouth,<\/span> a hymn of praise to our God.\u00a0<\/span>Many will see and fear the Lord<\/span>\u00a0and put their trust in him.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 Blessed is the one<\/span>\u00a0who trusts in the Lord,<\/span>who does not look to the proud,<\/span>\u00a0to those who turn aside to false gods.<\/span><\/p>\n

5 Many, Lord my God,<\/span> are the wonders you have done,<\/span> the things you planned for us.\u00a0<\/span>None can compare with you;<\/span> were I to speak and tell of your deeds,<\/span>\u00a0they would be too many to declare.<\/span><\/p>\n

6 Sacrifice and offering you did not desire\u2014<\/span> but my ears you have opened\u2014<\/span>\u00a0burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not require.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 Then I said, \u201cHere I am, I have come\u2014<\/span>\u00a0it is written about me in the scroll.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 I desire to do your will, my God;<\/span>\u00a0your law is within my heart.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

9 I proclaim your saving acts in the great assembly;<\/span> I do not seal my lips, Lord,<\/span>\u00a0as you know.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 I do not hide your righteousness in my heart;<\/span> I speak of your faithfulness and your saving help.\u00a0<\/span>I do not conceal your love and your faithfulness<\/span>\u00a0from the great assembly.<\/span><\/p>\n

11 Do not withhold your mercy from me, Lord;<\/span>\u00a0may your love and faithfulness always protect me.<\/span><\/p>\n

12 For troubles without number surround me;<\/span> my sins have overtaken me, and I cannot see.\u00a0<\/span>They are more than the hairs of my head,<\/span>\u00a0and my heart fails within me.<\/span><\/p>\n

13 Be pleased to save me, Lord;<\/span>\u00a0come quickly, Lord, to help me.<\/span><\/p>\n

14 May all who want to take my life<\/span> be put to shame and confusion; m<\/span>ay all who desire my ruin<\/span>\u00a0be turned back in disgrace.<\/span><\/p>\n

15 May those who say to me, \u201cAha! Aha!\u201d<\/span>\u00a0be appalled at their own shame.<\/span><\/p>\n

16 But may all who seek you<\/span> rejoice and be glad in you;\u00a0<\/span>may those who long for your saving help always say,<\/span>\u00a0\u201cThe Lord is great!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

17 But as for me, I am poor and needy;<\/span> may the Lord think of me.\u00a0<\/span>You are my help and my deliverer;<\/span>\u00a0you are my God, do not delay.<\/span><\/p>\n
