CROSS<\/b>, . . . Two others, both criminals, were led out to be executed with him. The Cross, represents so many things… and I have included proof there was and there was a Jesus who hung on that cross that dreadful day he got beaten so bad, kicked, spit on, laughed at, kicked scoffed at.<\/span><\/p>\n

So before you say there wasn’t a Jesus and a Cross, please think again and change the way of your thinking. Because, one day soon you will see “Jesus Coming In The Clouds”<\/b> by then for you to believe will be to late!<\/span><\/p>\n

It Represents Jesus’ Love For You and The Whole World… so, Please Understand what Jesus Did for you and what the “Cross He Died On”<\/b> represents.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cross was a Roman instrument of capital punishment, a form of execution reserved for the worst criminals, the most shameful death imaginable.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Christ used the cross as a picture of the kind of commitment that he expects from his followers-a commitment that makes us willing to suffer anything, including torture, ridicule, shame, and death, for the sake of Christ.<\/span><\/p>\n

WHY DID JESUS HAVE TO DIE ON THE CROSS?<\/span><\/p>\n

He canceled the record that contained the charges against us. He took it and destroyed it by nailing it to Christ\u2019s cross. Christ\u2019s death was necessary to take away the guilty verdict against us and the judgment that was waiting for us as a result of our sin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Colossians 2:14<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Romans 6:6<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing what is right. Christ\u2019s death on the cross was the only way for us to be saved from the power of sin over our lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Titus 2:14<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

By him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of his blood on the cross. Christ\u2019s death was the means God used to bring us back to himself-to reconcile us with him and to bring us into intimate fellowship with him.<\/span><\/p>\n

Colossians 1:20<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. Without Christ\u2019s death on the cross, we would face eternal condemnation and death. But by his cross Christ offers us the free gift of eternal life.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

We know what real love is because Christ gave up his life for us. And so we also ought to give up our lives for our Christian brothers and sisters. Because of the extreme sacrifice involved in Christ\u2019s willingness to die on a cross, the cross represents the kind of love that we are called to have for our Christian brothers and sisters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n
