\"Grace“Grace Each and Everyday”<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Grace<\/b> in Christianity<\/b> is the free and unmerited favour of God as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowing of blessings.<\/p>\n

It is God’s gift of salvation granted to sinners for their salvation. Common Christian teaching is that grace is unmerited mercy<\/b> (favor) that God gave to humanity by sending his son to die on a cross, thus delivering eternal salvation. This definition does not cover all uses of the term in scripture.<\/p>\n

For example Luke 2:40<\/b> (King James Version) “And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.”<\/b> In this example when using the definition of grace to mean unmerited favor it does not make sense that the sinless Christ would need this. Equally how can one fall short of grace (James 4:6<\/b>) or meekness attract it and pride repel it (Galatians 5:4<\/b>) if it is unmerited.<\/p>\n

James Ryle has suggested “Grace is the empowering Presence of God enabling you to be who He created you to be, and to do what He has called you to do.”<\/b> Alternatively Bill Gothard has suggested “Grace gives us the desire and the power that God gives us to do his will.” <\/b>Both of these definitions make good sense of the word grace throughout the Bible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exodus 16:4<\/b> , We are to have Grace Each and everyday, not just once in awhile. God, miraculously fed the Israelites as they traveled through the wilderness, but He only gave them a certain amount for one day at a time.<\/span><\/p>\n

This was and is one of God’s principles at work — that we are to trust Him each and everyday and not to worry of tomorrow. Jesus knew the principle when He taught His disciples to pray. Matthew 6:11<\/b> ” Give us this day our daily bread.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

God told, them to take only enough for one day, so there wouldn’t be any left to become rotten filled with worms, or stink. God was letting them see He was going to take care of them.<\/span><\/p>\n

We all to do this today, Trust God in all things depend on Him for all your needs. When we worry about tomorrow, we are wasting today (Joyce Meyer)<\/span><\/p>\n

Trust requires, that we have unanswered questions God’s ways are not our own ways, but His ways are always the best ways. Trust in God and learn to live one day at a time.<\/span><\/p>\n

God gives us enough grace for one day at a time and to avoid fatigue and burnout, weariness and fainting in our minds, we must learn to live day by day, one day at a time. That is why Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:34<\/b> to meet each days challenge as they come and not to borrow trouble from tomorrow. If we will do that, then at the appointed time God’s grace will be available to us in sufficient supply to help us face and over come whatever may occur in our lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Worrying about tomorrow makes us become discouraged —-so Look to God for all you need!<\/span><\/p>\n
